Return Policy

It's simple. You can go to the nearest branch with the items you wish to return, provided they are in the same condition as received. The invoice must be complete within 14 days of the purchase date.

Some products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons related to usage and the nature of the product, such as underwear, socks, and perfumes.

 Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• If the selected size for the exchange is not available in stock, one of our team members will contact you via WhatsApp.

- The exchange process typically takes 3-5 days to complete.

- The new product must be of the same or higher value if requested to exchange from the website.

- Please be advised that shipping charges will apply to the exchange.

- We will process your exchange request and complete your order as soon as you submit it.
