Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the selected size for the exchange is not available in stock, one of our team members will contact you via WhatsApp.
- The exchange process typically takes 3-5 days to complete.
- The new product must be of the same or higher value if requested to exchange from the website.
- Please be advised that shipping charges will apply to the exchange.
- We will process your exchange request and complete your order as soon as you submit it.
Note: Some products cannot be exchanged or returned, such as underwear, socks, and perfumes.
